Woa, next week at this time we will be on our way to “Frankfurt Airport”. Our Flight is on the 02.08 at 2:30 pm *_____* so exiting!

I still have a lot to do, so sorry for not posting any big progress for my parade and final Cosplay here. As an compensation I post every day some WIP Pictures on our twitter (@moe_wcs) account. It so much easier for me ^_____^

My Final Cosplay looks so easy and simple at the first sight but it takes so much time I can’t believe it. All the outline stitching is like an endless sewing marathon. I use Kilometers of sewing thread XD All the Blue Stones are handmade to fit perfectly into the pattern.

Can you imagine which Cosplay I’m working on?

So, now the news…

First the sad one

Rick, one Member of Team Netherlands has decided not to go to Japan because of family issues. We all respect his decision, it’s the right one. We all will miss him for sure because he is a cheerful and nice guy!!! We wish him the BEST!!! Ilona now has a new Partner so Team Netherland will still be represented at the WCS.

The Good News are that TV Aichi already announced a new Country for WCS 2012. It’s the United Kingdom!!! More info on the official Webpage http://www.tv-aichi.co.jp/wcs/pre/e/?p=1

Yaaaaaay! Finally, I can show you some Progress of my Interview Cosplay <3

It’s Litchi Faye Ling from the Game BlazBlue.

Sorry to all my friends, who keep asking me to post progress pictures. I know, you had to wait a long time, but at the moment I’m having a hard time finding free time for sewing. My real life is so fully packed with other private stuff. But I’ll give my best to update more often in the future!!!

For Litchi, the sewing part is 95% done – only the little panda for the hair is missing.

I had to do the upper part a second time >__> because the first yellow fabric looked shitty and I had a “boob accident” (Bell/Calssara, you should know what I mean XD)

So anyway, here is the result…

I hope you like it!

My favorite part are the boots <3 It’s the first time I didn’t use hot glue for the covers, only some fabric glue and stitching. My fingers still hurt because of the needles.

I will do the weapon later. Next up I’ll start with an important part of the final Cosplay because we will need it for our practice. Concurrently I will start with the parade Cosplay. A lot of you know it already… it’s Judith from the Game “Tales of Vesperia” <3

The next weekend I will not be in Ludwigshafen for Hanami (German convention) ;____; I miss my friends a lot so it’s sad not to be there, but I will attend Anime2011 in the Netherlands and watch the first preliminaries for the Netherland’s WCS Team!!! I’m really excited about this ‘cause I do not know much about the Cosplay scene over there. Maybe some of the Netherland’s Cosplayers read this and come over to say hello to me next weekend?!??! I would be really happy ^______^
